The Stables is situated in the heart of the beautiful Kinblethmont estate, surrounded by woodland. It was converted in 2012 to a very high standard into a unique retreat for families or couples. It has two spacious bedrooms and an open plan living space with modern kitchen and a sitting area with woodburning stove and comfy seating. There is plenty to do around the estate: walks, cycling and exploring the walled garden but Kinblethmont is also very well placed to take advantage of all that Scotland and Angus has to offer - beaches, golf courses, castles, hill walking, visitor attractions, distilleries and much more.

Waidslea is in one of a number of small fishing villages in the picturesque East Neuk of Fife. This holiday rental is presented to the highest standards, it's spacious, spotlessly clean in a quiet cul-de-sac just 5 minutes from Anstruther harbour, marina and beach. Anstruther is an ideal location from which to explore this wonderful part of Scotland, with award winning sandy beaches, world class golf courses, full range of water sports, beautiful coastal walks and many other holiday activities close by. There are numerous pubs and eating places in the area, ranging from the famous "Anstruther chippie" to award winning seafood restaurants. The fishing village of Pittenweem (1 mile from Anstruther) is the venue for the well acclaimed Arts festival every August. The historic town of St Andrews is only 15 minutes away. This part of Fife is also ideal for exploring further afield. It is only an hour's drive to Edinburgh, Stirling and Perth. The area is rich in historical interest with several National Trust properties in the vicinity including Falkland Palace, Culross, Kellie Castle and the Hill of Tarvit. This is a comfortable and cosy traditional fisherman's cottage in the picturesque fishing village of St Monans. One of the quietest villages in the East Neuk, St Monans is clustered around its harbour with a wonderful choice of pubs and shops plus a famous seafood restaurant all within walking distance of the house. There are lovely coastal walks and great opportunities for golfers with more golf courses in the area than in any other part of Scotland. Nearby Elie has fabulous beaches and great watersports; and St Andrews, steeped in history, is only a short drive away.

Methven House is a spacious and extremely comfortable holiday home providing flexible accommodation for 2-14 people. The house, with 2 sitting rooms and two kitchens, is ideal for larger groups/families who want space in their togetherness! It has a pretty enclosed garden with dining patio and BBQ and can be divided to form two smaller properties out of peak season. The house is very well positioned in the popular holiday destination of Elie 130 yards from the gently shelving blue flag beach and golf course. There are lovely coffee shops, cosy pubs and fine dining. Most watersports are covered in the summer, with tuition available in sailing, windsurfing and waterskiing. Easy cycling and lovely walks available from the house and up and down the coast of the East Neuk. This area of Fife seems to have a micro-climate of its own and is one of the driest locations in Scotland!
