The Stables is situated in the heart of the beautiful Kinblethmont estate, surrounded by woodland. It was converted in 2012 to a very high standard into a unique retreat for families or couples. It has two spacious bedrooms and an open plan living space with modern kitchen and a sitting area with woodburning stove and comfy seating. There is plenty to do around the estate: walks, cycling and exploring the walled garden but Kinblethmont is also very well placed to take advantage of all that Scotland and Angus has to offer - beaches, golf courses, castles, hill walking, visitor attractions, distilleries and much more.

Waterfront Cottage is stunning, immaculate and spacious. Set in a spectacular seaside location it enjoys uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Recently refurbished to a high standard, this Fife self-catering cottage is within easy walking distance of the harbour, shops, hotel, cafe and restaurant. It is ideally positioned for exploring the picturesque East Neuk villages, award winning beaches, coastal walks, cycling, and championship golf courses. Everything is to hand for a restful, peaceful and/or active holiday!

The Old Barn is a luxury steading conversion set in idyllic rural countryside, adjacent to a family farm, with panoramic views over the Firth of Forth. Both upstairs bedrooms include en-suite shower rooms with a bathroom on the ground floor. Situated ten minutes from the historic town of St Andrews and close to the local fishing villages. There are numerous golf courses, blue flag beaches and places of historic interest in the area plus a superb selection of pubs and restaurants within a short distance. An ideal holiday destination!

Granary Cottage has been refurbished to the highest standard and is situated in a perfect location for accessing central Scotland and Edinburgh, which is only a 35 minute train ride away. The cottage is surrounded by farmland and looks onto beautiful landscaped gardens and a loch. Sandy beaches and little fishing villages are all around the coast of Fife, the two nearest and best being Kinghorn and Aberdour just a couple of miles away. Also within easy reach is the Fife Coastal Path which runs from the Forth Estuary in the south to the Tay Estuary in the north and stretches for 150kms.

One of Scotland's best-kept secrets is Aberdour, with views towards Edinburgh form the Firth of Forth from the Silver Sands beach. There are fantastic restaurants, bars, gift stores, and bakeries in addition to super local palces to eat out. Park your car on the doorstep and never have to drive again throughout your visit because everything is just a short walk away. The castle grounds are surrounded by an impressive floral borders, orchards, surrounding the historic 13th-century walled castle. Water sports, golf (the fantastic 18-hole, par-67 Aberdour Golf Club offers breathtaking views of the coast), cycling, and of course walking The Fife Coastal Path — which connects the Forth and Tay Estuaries and winds through some of Scotland's most charming villages along the coast.

Waidslea is in one of a number of small fishing villages in the picturesque East Neuk of Fife. This holiday rental is presented to the highest standards, it's spacious, spotlessly clean in a quiet cul-de-sac just 5 minutes from Anstruther harbour, marina and beach. Anstruther is an ideal location from which to explore this wonderful part of Scotland, with award winning sandy beaches, world class golf courses, full range of water sports, beautiful coastal walks and many other holiday activities close by. There are numerous pubs and eating places in the area, ranging from the famous "Anstruther chippie" to award winning seafood restaurants. The fishing village of Pittenweem (1 mile from Anstruther) is the venue for the well acclaimed Arts festival every August. The historic town of St Andrews is only 15 minutes away. This part of Fife is also ideal for exploring further afield. It is only an hour's drive to Edinburgh, Stirling and Perth. The area is rich in historical interest with several National Trust properties in the vicinity including Falkland Palace, Culross, Kellie Castle and the Hill of Tarvit. Gorgeous sandy beaches are close by as well as the best choice of golf courses Scotland has to offer!

Balgonar Cottage is set on a small estate in an idyllic rural setting. The family-run farm raise cattle and sheep and there is home produced meat and farm tours available - children particularly love collecting eggs and milking the Jersey cow. Balgonar is ideally suited as a base from which to explore central Scotland. Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling are all with 40 minutes drive and for the golf enthusiast both Gleneagles and St Andrews are within easy reach - as well as other golf courses. There is also much to do and see near Dunfermline if you don't want to venture further afield.

This is a comfortable and cosy traditional fisherman's cottage in the picturesque fishing village of St Monans. One of the quietest villages in the East Neuk, St Monans is clustered around its harbour with a wonderful choice of pubs and shops plus a famous seafood restaurant all within walking distance of the house. There are lovely coastal walks and great opportunities for golfers with more golf courses in the area than in any other part of Scotland. Nearby Elie has fabulous beaches and great watersports; and St Andrews, steeped in history, is only a short drive away.

Methven House is a spacious and extremely comfortable holiday home providing flexible accommodation for 2-14 people. The house, with 2 sitting rooms and two kitchens, is ideal for larger groups/families who want space in their togetherness! It has a pretty enclosed garden with dining patio and BBQ and can be divided to form two smaller properties out of peak season. The house is very well positioned in the popular holiday destination of Elie 130 yards from the gently shelving blue flag beach and golf course. There are lovely coffee shops, cosy pubs and fine dining. Most watersports are covered in the summer, with tuition available in sailing, windsurfing and waterskiing. Easy cycling and lovely walks available from the house and up and down the coast of the East Neuk. This area of Fife seems to have a micro-climate of its own and is one of the driest locations in Scotland!

A house party in Kinblethmont is a unique experience! This Victorian mansion house is full of interesting period details - four poster beds, deep antique baths, butlers' pantries and servants bells all feature here. However there are also impressive kitchen facilities including AGA, electric range cooker and professional glass washer. Outside there are extensive private grounds with lawns and woodland as well as the rest of Kinblethmont Estate waiting to be explored. This is a perfect venue for a large gathering of family or friends!
