Ben Lawers is nestled on the north shore of Loch Tay, on the edge of the village of Fearnan, with breathtaking views and close to shingle beaches, loch access and fishing.

Water sports enthusiasts will appreciate the opportunities that Loch Tay offers with sailing, canoeing and boat hire all available locally. Golfers are also well served with a wide range of fine courses in Perthshire, and two courses in nearby Kenmore. Hill walkers are spoilt for choice with many outstanding walks and seven Munros within ten miles, including Ben Lawers and Schiehallion.

The Loch Tay Forest Park is also close by and provides a variety of trails, which are perfect for more leisurely walks, mountain biking and horse riding. Throughout Perthshire there is a myriad of attractions including castles, historic homes, gardens, distilleries, potteries and galleries to explore.
