Accommodation:
North Berwick Golf Lodge offers luxurious self-catering accommodation together with state of the art technology which includes Satellite TV and wireless broadband access.
On the ground floor is the dining room with full height glass panel with staircase leading to a galleried landing. There is a rectangular solid oak dining table and 8 chairs flanked by original stone walls. The charming sitting room is tastefully decorated and overlooks the courtyard and putting green. The large full length sliding door leads out onto the decking and courtyard. There is a large fully fitted kitchen. An island unit incorporates a breakfast bar to seat upto 8 people. The utility room has ample golf club storage and a drying area, which leads out to the back garden & arctic spa hot tub.

Also on the ground floor is Bedroom 1, a suite with 2 queen size beds, sofa & coffee table, patio doors leading out to the courtyard and a separate door leading out to the Hot Tub. There is a shower room with power shower, wc and wash hand basin.
Upstairs there is another suite with 2 queen sized beds and an en suite bathroom and 4 further double bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own TV, radio alarm clock, Milano Oak furniture including dressing table with hairdryer. A bathroom with bath and overhead power shower plus another shower room complete this luxury accommodation.
Outside there is an attractive south facing courtyard with table and chairs overlooking the all weather putting green and to the rear of the property is situated the Spa Hot Tub.
Directions:
FROM EDINBURGH – Take the A1 south towards Dunbar. Take the A198 signposted Tranent & North Berwick. Follow A198 through Aberlady & Gullane. As you come into North Berwick, turn left at the first set of traffic lights into Hamilton Road. Turn 1st right into Fidra Road, and the lodge is 100 yards along on the left hand side.
FROM NEWCASTLE – Take A1 north past Dunbar and then the junction for North Berwick A198. Follow road through Whitekirk into North Berwick. As you come into the town, turn right at the mini roundabout by the Ben Sayers offices. Pass the Rugby Club and turn left into St Baldred's Road, following signs for Edinburgh. Follow road until you pass the Fire Station (1 mile) and at the T junction turn left into Dirleton Avenue. At traffic lights turn right into Hamilton Road, and first right into Fidra rRoad. Golf Lodge is 100 yards along on the left hand side.
What's included:
All bed linen, duvets, towels, gas central heating, hot water and electricity are included in the price. Logs and coal for the fire are also included.
Availability
Changeover date for weekly lets is flexible. Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 10am but this can be flexible. Short-breaks are available.
