Elie is the perfect location for either a seaside or a golfing holiday. This pretty coastal village in the East Neuk of Fife is a popular destination as the area has a wonderful micro climate and enjoys dry and sunny weather. There are plenty of beautiful beaches to enjoy including the award winning Blue Flag beach by the harbour.
Elie has much to offer from gift shops, coffee shops, excellent pubs and restaurants to its well stocked delicatessen and fabulous fish and chip van. Pop into the bakers for a fresh morning croissant or enjoy some delicious home made ice cream. There are a whole host of award winning restaurants in the area including Elie�s Ship Inn which hosts seafood festivals in the summer and organises cricket on the beach.
For the golfer, there are two courses in the village and a further 30 courses within a 15 mile radius including St Andrews championship course just 10 miles away. There are also tennis courts, putting, bowling and a whole range of watersports including sailing, windsurfing, waterskiing and diving. The Fife Coastal Path is on the doorstep linking the seaside villages and there are numerous walks and cycle routes in the vicinity.
In short, Elie is a wonderful holiday destination whether you are looking for an action packed break or simple some peace and quiet and the chance to unwind.

Accommodation:
This self contained, totally refurbished, self catering bungalow is situated on a private road and has its own garden. The property has 3 bedrooms (with twins or king sized double beds). Each bedroom has good storage, bedside tables, reading lights and mirrors. The bathroom consists of a bath, with shower over the bath, wash hand basin and loo. There is a separate loo and wash hand basin next to the front door.
The fitted kitchen has an electric cooker with halogen hob and is full of quality cooking utensils, pots/pans and all mod cons. The kitchen, dining and sitting room areas are open plan, adjoining a large conservatory overlooking fields and the golf course, Elie Bay and West Bay.
The dining table sits 8. There is comfortable seating in the sittingroom and a real flame gas fire with a feature fire surround.
