This delightful ground floor apartment in Kilbryde Castle is part of a Scottish baronial castle which has been restored to an extremely high standard. This is an idyllic location and the beautiful gardens at Kilbryde Castle extend to some 15 acres, with the river Ardoch running through the grounds. The accommodation is gorgeous and very light and spacious - to holiday in a castle in Scotland is a wonderful experience and this is a very special place to stay.
Kilbryde Castle is situated right in the heart of Scotland with good access in all directions - Edinburgh and Glasgow are easily reached in under an hour by car or train. Nearby attractions include: Stirling Castle, Doune Castle, The Trossachs, Dunblane Cathedral and many more. There are lots of golf courses in the area (the nearest is just 3 miles); Gleneagles is just 15 miles away, and St Andrews just over an hour's drive so this is great accommodation for a golf holiday in Scotland. There are lots of other outdoor pursuits too - fishing, hill walking, canoeing and horse riding are all available nearby. The castle is on the edge of the Trossachs and exploring the stunning lochs and glens is a must! You will find it an exceptional place from which to base your Scottish holiday.

Accommodation:
This self-contained flat on the ground floor of Kilbryde Castle is recently refurbished and offers superb holiday accommodation for 6. It has its own entrance and is extremely spacious inside. There are 2 double/twin bedrooms, with an additional stowaway bed in each room. The enormous living room/dining room, with a double sofa bed is comfortably and tastefully furnished - the fully equipped kitchen leads off it. Feature bathroom with bath and shower. If you want to stay in a Scottish castle for your holiday then this is perfect!
Directions:
By Road:
Take the M9 going north past Stirling. At Kier roundabout, at end of M9, take A9 towards Perth. Take 1st exit off A9 � A820 Dunblane, Doune and Callander. At end of slip road turn left to Doune. After 200 yards there is a sign on left marked �Kilbryde�.
Turn right (Garden Centre on right). After 1 1/2 miles �Y� junction; bearing right is the start of the Kilbryde Castle drive. Go up the drive until you get to the Castle.
