Victoria Apartment is situated in a perfect location within the historic King's Park in central Stirling. With spectacular views of Stirling Castle the apartment is just minutes away from the city centre and thus visitors
have the opportunity to enjoy all the attractions that Stirling has to offer. The former historic gardens of Stirling Castle, 'The King's Knot', are situated on Royal Gardens directly opposite the property and Stirling Castle itself is approximately 10 minutes on foot. The castle offers all
members of the family a memorable day out with interactive displays and access to an important slice of Scottish history.
Immediately next door to the apartment is the Stirling Smith Art Gallery where visitors can enjoy the cafe and gardens in addition to the museum. Stirling Golf Club is just across the street and welcomes visitors and there are many other famous courses within easy reach. Gleneagles with its championship courses and famous hotel and spa is just 20 minutes drive and Muirfield, St Andrews, Carnoustie and Loch Lomond can all be reached in
approximately an hour.
The city centre and all its facilities (shops, restaurants, railway station, bus station etc) are just 5 minutes walk away. Other tourist attractions which are also immediately accessible on foot include Stirling Old Town Jail. Within a one mile radius of the apartment there is a wide choice of eating establishments including Scottish and international restaurants and hotels. Stirling is renowned as the gateway to the highlands and affords
easy access to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. There are many opportunities for sports and outdoor pursuits both for the energetic and active and for those who prefer a more leisurely pace.

Situated on the ground floor, Victoria Apartment incorporates several dramatic architectural features, for example the original finely preserved parquet flooring. The
uninterrupted views from the apartment are unrivalled within the city.
There is one large double bedroom which has a luxury king sized bed, dramatic views of Stirling Castle and an ensuite shower room. The living/dining room has two comfortable double sofa beds and the impressive
entrance hall offers an alternative dining area.
The apartment is well equipped with a washer/dryer, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher, television and DVD player and free WiFi. The main bathroom has a bath and shower.
Outside there is an extensive shared garden and secure off street, garaged car parking can be made available upon request.
Directions:
By road: From Junction 10 of the M9 follow signs to Loch Lomond and Stirling Castle (A84) at the 4th Roundabout (Fire Station on left and Stirling Castle
straight ahead and above you) go straight ahead onto the B8051.
At 1st roundabout turn left onto Albert Place. Royal Gardens Holiday Villas is now immediately ahead and to the left of you (the large building with twin towers).

The self-catering apartment is rented out throughout the year. Change over day is flexible, check in from 4pm, check out 10am.
