This extremely comfortable self-catering flat is in a spacious basement on the most exclusive street in Edinburgh�s famous and unrivalled Georgian New Town. Walk onto the street and you will look across the valley to the imposing sight of Arthur�s Seat and the Salisbury Crags, which at five to ten minutes walk from the house provide a wonderful place to walk and take the views of the city and surrounding country.

Edinburgh Castle dominates the skyline, there are streets steeped in history and a thriving cultural scene. Edinburgh offers the perfect balance between all things traditional and contemporary. Light and airy, this basement flat is situated in the heart of the city on the most prestigious Georgian Terrace overlooking Arthur�s Seat and the Salisbury Crags, Holyrood Palace and the Queen�s Park. The centre of the city and station are five to ten minutes walk away and it is uniquely well situated for peace and quiet in the evening yet easy access to bustling Edinburgh.

The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms, one double and one either super king sized double or twin. There is a large living room with real coal effect gas fire and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a bath and shower and the well equipped kitchen is complete with microwave, dishwasher, hob and oven. The utilities area houses the washing machine, tumble drier and fridge freezer. For entertainment there is Freeview TV with multichannels and also Broadband internet is available.
