This five star deluxe holiday house is right on the shores of Loch Melfort, with spectacular views and fantastic facilities. This self catering cottage has a sauna, spa bath and a log fire. it is designed to provide all home comforts and modern, top quality holiday accommodation.
The Scandinavian-style house is set around Loch Melfort's private harbour and has a balcony where you can sit out and admire the fabulous views over the loch to the hills beyond. It is suitable for disabled guests and has been rated by the Scottish Tourist Board as Category 2. This is a very peaceful and idyllic part of Argyll with lots to do in the area - although many people just relax by the loch and enjoy the amazing views!

Accommodation:
This purpose-built holiday house has been awarded 5 stars from the Scottish Tourist Board - the top rating. The modern facilities are luxurious and everything is of a very high standard. Having your own sauna is an unusual and fabulous treat in a holiday cottage.
The ground floor bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite bathroom, with a large shower (suitable for wheelchair access). The huge kitchen and open plan living area has patio doors leading out to a balcony.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms - one bedroom also has a small balcony. There is also a delightful conservatory area off the landing - the views are wonderful. The house has underfloor heating throughout so you will be very warm in the winter.
Directions:
Loch Melfort is 18 miles south of Oban. From Oban take the A816 south to Kilmelford. Just after Kilmelford turn right onto the single track road to Degnish for 1 1/2 miles. You will see signs for Loch Melfort Pier and Harbour.

Price includes all heating, electricity, towels and bed linen. Charge for cot/high chair £10; pets £15 'per stay'
