This modern 4 star holiday house is located in a residential part of Aviemore with lovely open views to the Cairngorm Mountains. It is perfectly situated for a skiing holiday (the ski bus is just a one minute walk away) and the snow sports and skiing at Aviemore are fantastic (there is even a dry ski slope if the snow isn't good).

There are so many things to do and see in the area - trout and salmon fishing on the Spey, sailing, canoeing, walking, pony trekking, golf and climbing. If you want to eat out there is an excellent selection of restaurants nearby, as well as a cinema and country club with great facilities for children. This is an ideal base for exploring the highlands - Inverness is just 30 minutes away and seeing the wolves at the nearby Kincraig Highland Wildlife Park is a great day out.

Accommodation:
The cosy sitting room is well furnished and has an open fire - great to warm up in front of after a day on the ski slopes. The bathroom has a shower as well as bath and the kitchen is well appointed. There is a double bedroom a second bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds.

Guests can use the excellent recreational services at the Dalfaber Golf and Country Club, including golf, swimming, sauna and jacuzzi, gym and fishing, and excellent children's facilities. Unlimited access tickets cost £15 per week, £10 for children (under 5s free). This is a great bonus if you are staying in Aviemore.

Electricity - Central heating and hot water included, rest by £1 coin meter. Linen and towels are all included.

The cottage is rented out year round.
Rental periods are generally a week, Saturday to Saturday, but short breaks and weekend breaks are welcome. Checking in time is 3pm and checking out is 10am.
