Golf View holiday house offers spacious, luxury self catering accommodation for up to nine people overlooking Turriff Golf Course and the River Deveron valley. The house has every facility to make your holiday very comfortable - perfect for a group of friends on a golfing or fishing holiday, or as a base for a family to relax and enjoy this beautiful corner of Scotland. Spectacular views overlooking Turriff Golf Course can be enjoyed from inside the house from the lounge, the dining room, the conservatory, and the master bedroom. There is also a lawned garden at the front, and a rock garden and balcony at the back of the property which overlooks the golf course and the river - you can sit in the garden in the evening with a BBQ and recount your day on the course!
The owners have thought of everything and there are many little extras that will make your holiday extra special. There is a games room with full sized snooker table, on the lower floor and in the garage there is sports equipment available for loan if required; ladies and gents golf clubs; ladies, gents and juniors mountain bikes; trout and salmon fishing gear. If you are on vacation from abroad this is especially useful!
Turriff is a well-established parkland golf course with fantastic views along the southern banks of the River Deveron, the course is 18 holes. There are numerous other golf courses within easy reach. See the links on Golf View Website for further details
Just 20 minutes north of Turriff is the Moray Firth coast and the fishing ports of Banff and Macduff. Both towns have traditional fishing harbours that are great fun to visit, and there is a marine aquarium in Macduff, as well as golf courses at Duff House Royal and Royal Tarlair.

Accommodation:
This light and spacious holiday house is perfect for a family or friends on holiday,
and very close to the golf course - you can enjoys great views over it from many of the rooms.
The luxurious accommodation is all on the ground floor level, the large sitting room has full wall glass panel windows
with access to balcony overlooking the golf course - the views are amazing.
The kitchen dining room is fully equipped, with dishwasher, low level and eye level ovens, hob and microwave, for more formal eating, there is also a separate a dining room.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite shower room. There is also a large bedroom with a double and single bed in it and a further double bedroom. There is a spacious bathroom with a spa bath - great for relaxing in after a day on the course! An additional smaller sitting room has a double sofa bed, and there is also a conservatory with a balcony. On the lower ground floor there is a games room with full size snooker table, a bar and a separate W.C.
The house is very comfortable, with full central heating, it is furnished to a very high standard and there is plenty of room for up to nine guests.

What's included:
On your arrival you will find a Welcome Pack including a few of the essentials such as bread, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and biscuits.
Rates quoted are inclusive of reasonable gas and electricity consumption.
All towels and linen are provided for the duration of your stay at Golf View and this is included in the price of your rental.
Linen will be changed each Saturday on request, should your stay be longer than a week.

Check in after 3pm, check out by 10am (specific times by arrangement)
The house is Not suitable for young children as the rear garden slopes to the edge of a rock face.
