If you are coming to Edinburgh for a rugby international at Murrayfield then this is the ideal self-catering apartment - only 10 minutes walk from the stadium. There are also special offers available for rugby weekends. Many people come to Edinburgh for the Festival and Fringe and it is an exciting time to be in the city. You can walk to many of the theatres and other venues from this self-catering holiday accommodation. There is a private parking place available - fantastic if you are bringing your car as parking is difficult in the city centre. Buses are great way to get around Edinburgh and just round the corner you can catch a bus to all the main sights - although lots are within walking distance.

Accommodation:
There are two bedrooms - one double and one twin - both with a fitted wardrobe with lots of hanging space. The double bedroom has a large colour TV. The modern kitchen/diner is fully equipped with everything you will need for your city break. The spacious sitting room is comfortably furnished and has a digital TV and DVD, with a selection of DVDs so you can relax after a hard day's sightseeing! The view is over the delightful garden in the centre of the pretty Edinburgh square.

If you are looking for Edinburgh accommodation for a business trip then this apartment is perfect: it has a desk with a telephone, free broadband internet access, as well as a colour printer/fax. This is a very relaxing place to return to after a business meeting.

If you are bringing your baby with you on holiday then a cot and high chair can be provided, at no additional charge. There is also a special electric bath chair (£10 charge) if you have problems getting in and out of a bath (the electric bath chair allows someone who is less than agile to lower themselves safely into a bath). A very useful service (particularly if you are coming on a short break) is having your grocery shopping done and awaiting your arrival - just send in your list a week in advance (the charge for this is £7.50).

From Edinburgh Airport: The airport is 7 miles west of the city centre and you can get a taxi to the apartment or the airport bus to the city centre.
