Coalfin is a renovated farmhouse, set on a hill overlooking the village of Skipness on the Kintyre Peninsula. It is spacious and welcoming and can cater for 11 persons and all rooms are well proportioned and comfortable. The large farmhouse kitchen is very much the heart of the home and ajoins the sitting room allowing people to mix comforts with the hustle and bustle of a busy kitchen. It is equally as comfortable for large groups as it is for small, as the layout of the house suits both. The sittingroom is cosy with its log fire and is lovely on a cold dark night. For the summer months the treat is the fine views till 11pm and sunrise over Arran.
The Mull of Kintyre in Argyll is a beautiful region in the west of Scotland and is full of outdoor activities including country walks, fishing, hill walking, biking, birdwatching and golf.
